Used Saylor Beall compressor - Good deal?

Found a 5HP 80 Gallon 2stage VT-735-80 Saylor Beall compressor near by for $1200 obo.

Says it's low usage in a hobby shop, inside kept, it looks pretty clean.

Was going to offer around $1000, should I pick it up for that or is it too much?

Haha, thanks for the input, it's in a pretty rural area not really listed for sale so I don't think it's going anywhere, but you may be right!
