I'm sure in her mind he deserves it. But, absolutely no good can come of that.
If I were presented with that opportunity, I would pass. Wouldn't want to be involved in anything like that.
In my mind, it not too different from buying stolen tools.

It's funny how some of you are quick to say that it's the guy's fault. How do you know this ***** is even telling the truth. She could be ready to leave with her boyfriend and wants to screw the husband before she leaves. Could be one of a number of things.

It apears to me that the husband is gone. Sometimes it comes down to just wanting to be gone and you leave everything behind just to get away. She seems like the kind of woman that it would be worth leaving everything behind just to get away from her!

Hopefully the judge takes that into consideration if it is a pending divorce. Me thinks that if the husband comes home at the time the guy comes over & is loading up all his tools he might get more than his 20 worth. The ex wife may not fare too well either. This is the kind of thing I like to stay away from.

Yeah.... I don't care if they're giving Snap On stuff away. Best not to get involved in that whole situation. There are plenty of other ways to buy tools.
They were both probaly cheating, The chick he was screwing was probaly hotter than her and that is when she went nut's.

It is stolen. She is admitting its not hers its her ex husbands and she is selling it to piss him off. Isnt selling something that isnt yours theft?

Morgan #35 vise for 10 bucks. Little clean up and new paint it'll be good to go. Also since my son moved away for college and took my garage TV I got one Monday night off craigslist. One year old Phillips 20 inch stereo TV $30 works great.

He probably isn't. My wife refers to everything that is ours (like the house) as her's. I've tried correcting her everytime I've heard it since we were married last October, but she isn't taking the hint.

This sounds like something my Sons X would do. Luckily I got down to Texas and got all his tools before She could do it. Still there were some things I had to leave because they wouldn't fit in the truck.

A few things come to mind when I see this ad...
This is the first ^. I would add to it though. I would help him transfer them to his truck right in front of her house. The second is as another poster mentioned. They would definitely be part of her divorce settlement only she underestimated the value severely, get my drift? Then I'd probably do something juvenile like bean her yard one night.

I am actually. Its been 10 years on Thursday just gone. I know one thing for sure if he is her EX and is selling his **** before the court divided everything up she is breaking the law. I also know if it was my X Id kick her *** lol

Years ago my friends ex did something very close to this to him. When they divorced she agreed to allow him to leave a Model A pick-up on one side of the two car garage after he moved out. I do not know what motivated her to do so but she took out an ad in the local newspaper all but advertising the A bone as free to the first caller! This story is rather funny in that my friend is a local deputy with the sheriff's dept. I got involved when my friend wanted me to go with him to his old house, one of his sons let him in. He took a log chain and locked the A to the steel garage center post. He then beat cheeks across town and picked a trailer up with his truck and promptly got back and removed his old A. The funny part is the ex finally had to have her phone # changed cause the phone was ringing non stop 24-7 and just would not quit! (true story, I saw the ad!)
