Damn, looks like you need to reduce the pressure on your washer. You blew the fenders, the bumper, the hood, the engine and probably the seats right off.

Without hijacking the thread, has anyone replaced the stock castors on their engine lift with pneumatic castors so you can go over rougher ground rather than just smooth concrete?

The problem with going to air filled tires is that they will squish down and will not have the load capacity of a solid tire. If one tire went flat while supporting a load it would unbalance things & could cause an accident.

Besides going flat or just being low and the load rating issue engine hoists are unstable enough as it is. So personally I would not.

I used mine to take down my lift and will use it again to put it back up. I also use it to set my compressor and motor on top of the tank.

I use it to lift a lot of heavy **** around my old shop, and I'll use it to move heavy **** around my new shop (once I find one).

Sometimes I do wish that I had a pallet jack though. (I bet I could find a bunch of uses for that as well.)

I have been looking for that exact Goodyear lift. Sams Club had them two years ago for about $250 and I missed the boat.

I used mine to pick up my wire welder so I could weld inside a large dump truck. This adds four or five feet of length to the business end Two weeks ago I helped a friend put his freshly restored 1958 Criss Craft on the trailer using his engine hoist.
