Using a schluter ramp

Did a search but couldn't find my answer. Hoping someone can help.

I'm laying porcelain tile in my garage and have a Schluter ramp. Where do I want the ramp in relation to the garage door? Do I want the door centered on the ramp, do I want the garage door closing where the ramp begins (by the tile) or do I want the garage door closing where the ramp ends (by the driveway)?

I think this is mostly an aestethics question.

I'd probably lean towards setting it just inside the seal

Yep. Set it so that the garage door seal is just in front of or barely kissing it.
