Hi, everyone. first off i want to say you all make a great website for us tool collectors and users. Sorry i dont have any pics, but my question is about my Craftsman mechanics tool chest. Its a 5 drawer roller cabinet with a large open shelf at the bottom. I have tried to make good use of that space, but it always seems to get cluttered and useless. My preference wouldve been to get more drawers but the box was free so i cant complain:thumbup: i was just wondering what other people may have to suggest.

i use that open space for seldom used, cased tools and sets, corded drills, timing light, ect. i also store my off road lights for my s-10 blazer when i'm daytime wheeling.

Grinders, pneumatic tools, tools with cases, pullers.

Generally around our garage they are a good catch all for various odd tools.
