Using up old gas? Non ethanol

I inherited a generator that came with a large fuel tank that's nearly full. Around 25 gallons. It is non ethanol fuel, but it's a couple years old. It doesn't smell bad like you'd expect I'd like to not just get rid of it, but make use of it somehow. My old 89 Suburban would have never missed a beat, that thing would run on orange juice...
I currently have a 96 explorer 4 liter, a 97 ranger 4 liter, a 2011 Nissan versa, and the 6.5 Onan generator.
I can mix new gas with it as well. Think it's worth it in one of the older rigs?

Is the gas 2 years old or 5 years old? How much is a couple? If you already drained it then I'd mix it in anything. If not, dump some stabil in and run it.

I'd fill the gas tank a couple gallons shy of full and add a couple gallons of the old fuel each time in the 90's Fords. The bigger the tank, the better, but both of those vehicles will probably have at least a 14 gallon tank. You could maybe run it in the newer Versa, but I wouldn't.

That is what I would do.

Once the gas is old Stabil isn't going to restore it, so I wouldn't bother with adding that.
Not so much to "restore" it but to keep it from going bad if it's still usable. Non ethonal gas will last for years if sealed.

If it's not bad yet, then stabilize it and use it in small equipment.

My '66 F100 runs almost exclusively on old gas (my neighbor regularly supplies me 2-4 gallons). I mix in Stabil, octane booster, and a lead additive alternative (motor needs it), and it runs just fine. If the motors are older and simple, you shouldn't have much difficulty with burning it.

My old welding truck was an 86 f250 flatbed with the 300 inline 6,(converted to fuel injection) that thing would run on anything that would burn.

Anytime I brought an old car truck back to life for a customer I’d drop the tank for cleaning and screen the old gas and pour it in the ford.

I would put some water remover in it like HEET and run it in the exploder

Uhhh....????

99% of the problems people have out there are old gas/small equipment related.

I won't run anything but non-ethanol super in anything other than atv's and road vehicles.

I'd dump that stuff a little at a time into my fuel infection road vehicles.

Pour a teaspoon full on the garage floor and light it. If it burns, throw 5 gallons at a time in your truck/car with 3/4 tank of fresh gas and be done with it. Car won't notice the difference and is the best, environmentally way to "dispose" of old gas.

Thanks guys! The generator is now set up for backup power at the house. It came out of a SWAT response truck, so maintenance on it, and things like non ethanol fuel were a must. I have no history on when the fuel was put in the tank, but I’ve had it all for a little over two years.

I think I’ll pull some from the bottom and check it for water. I’ll treat it and put it back in with some fresh

What does ethanol do to it?

This is ethanol slime that coagulated right at the inlet screen of my blower and starved it of fuel.

What does ethanol do to it? ****** gas will stumble thru a carb too, never even blink thru a fuelly.
Ethanol has a short shelf life before it turns to ****. I'm lucky to have about 4 stations withing 15 minutes of the house that carry non-ethanol fuel for my mowers and such. I just throw a 5G or two in the back of the pickup when I know I'll be driving by a station. Once or twice it's even been cheaper than ethanol fuel, otherwise it's 10-15% more.
