USN wrench

This wrench followed me home today. I have not heard of this manufacturer and am wondering about its age.
The fixed jaw is marked USN-NAF 1106-4
One side of the handle is marked
Diamond Calk Horseshoe Co. 11 in
The other side is marked
Diamond Duluth Minn made in USA

Naval Air contract WW2...Diamond is /was a pretty well known company.
