Utica 7-C pliers

Hi,

I would like to know the period of the production of this pliers. I'm also looking for this pliers.

WWII. Those were the first pliers Willys issued in the Jeep toolkit. Fairmount and CEE TEE Co (made by Crescent) were added later. Of those three, the CEE TEE Co are the most common. Fairmount are not easy to find. The Utica 7-C is the rarest.

Same places as other vintage tools. Flea markets, estate sales, etc., and if you're an on-line shopper, you can run searches on eBay, CL, etsy, etc. You could also run a WANTED ad here on GJ or on the tools forum at g503.com. You'll need to register to post there, but it works the same as this site, only very narrowly focused on WWII tools.
