Hi all!
Not necessarily garage related, but it is building related and you guys are top notch when it comes to this stuff...
I am rebuilding the utility/laundry room in our house. The floor and walls were rotted out, so I supported the roof, cut out the floor and walls, and am just about ready to start reconstruction.
I wanted to post here to see if you all had any considerations/ideas before I start putting this thing back together. Thanks!
