Hey all, I inherited some NIB utopia branded flourescent lights, I'm not really sure what they are or where they came from, inside the box is the 4' frame, the 4 bulb sockets, but no ballast. I dont know a ton about these kind of lights, but I'd like to install them in my garage, does anyone have a suggestion for ballast to put in these?

No ballast required. These are typical 2-lamp strip lights for single end powered LED retrofit tubes. Will work well with the Greentek bulb (link) or James bulb (link) (if you need 30 bulbs). Stick with frosted lensed bulbs and you're good to go.

okay, thank you, I guess what is throwing me off is how to wire them, they have two of the bulb sockets with wire coming out of them, that go back to a clip, not just loose wires to wire into my existing electrical

The end near your left hand is two parts. Push the tab down and disconnect the two parts. The end that came off has 4 holes, 2 black and 2 white. Stab the neutral (white feed) and hot (black feed) in to their respective holes and reconnect.
