Facom offers a full "fluo" line.......see https://www.fac18.eu/cz-en/categorie/fluorescent-tooling . Some of the fluo tools (eg, screwdrivers and pliers) are cheaper than the standard versions.

You can even get the tools with both RFID tracking plus fluorescent accents. Dial in the lighting to the right color and everything glows.
