Is there a UV topcoat made for epoxy floors? My floors are getting destroyed from where the sun hits the floor through the open door.

Some brands have a UV top coat, I can't think of any at the moment. Anyone else?

UCoatIt has a UV topcoat product.

From their website:

UGloss-AF is a solvent based urethane available in clear or tinted in the seven UCoat colors. UGloss-AF is a specially formulated solvent-based urethane for use on automotive floors where vehicles, equipment and frequent oil and chemical exposure are present. UGloss-AF is available in kits, single packs, and double packs. UGloss-AF kits include tools and instructions, and will topcoat up to a 2 1/2 car garage. Single and double packs include materials only. Use the Material Estimator to determine the proper combination of kits and packs for your needs.

Color tinted UGloss-AF is easily applied over UCoat finishes and lessens the chance of missing spots as it is applied. UGloss-AF may be used outdoors to topcoat UCoat on patios and walkways. Unlike UGloss which may be mixed and stored, UGloss-AF must be used directly after it has been mixed.

That's what I thought, but I couldn't find anything online to back it up.

Is that OK to put urethane on top of epoxy? Do it before the epoxy is fully cured or after?

It should be, but definitely ask the manufacturer first. If they recommend a product and it fails, at least you can blame them and hopefully get your money back plus damages.

I would imagine you'd want to put the topcoat on soon after the epoxy is laid.

I do not know of anyone that has mixed products (epoxy from one manufacturer, top coat from another), so be careful.

I could not find it on the website, but after speaking with a UCoat It rep they said the UGloss AF is UV resistant. The UGloss AF top coat does have a UV inhibitor to help aide in color retention. It should not be applied directly to any other epoxy product except UCoat. All urethanes form a chemical bond by "biting" into the epoxy. If the existing epoxy is not the right formulation, the urthane can "melt" the epoxy turning the whole project into a gooey mess. Check with the manufacturer of your product for a suitable top coat. If you need to recoat your epoxy because it is getting "destroyed", consider putting the UCoat system down, color and all to provide a uniform finish.
