V-Seal for driveway

I am thinking of going with V-Seal 102 for my driveway (need a low maintenance penetrating product). In trying to determine how much I need, I have been in touch with V-seal, but they have a range of coverage (200-300 sq ft/gal). Well, I understand that it is based on concrete porosity, but what would a typical broom-finished driveway be? Highly porous, less porous? It looks rather porous to me, considering that water gets absorbed right away.

I am feeling a bit lazy to do the experiment where I would spray a gallon of water and see what coverage I get before I order... anyone has experience with this sort of application?

Or less. Depending on how deep of a broom finish you have. Trying to stretch it out isn't the thing to do. A thristy slab will **** it up. Most manufactures will give ideal sq. footage rates on their products to make them seem inexpensive. Then there's the real world.
