Long story short
My Dad is 100% VA Medical disabled, and in the process of building a new home.
home is 90% complete, and mom is not happy with the bare concrete in the garage.
Looking at the flooring options that we had local (Lowe's only) Mom likes the look and easy of install of the tiles that Lowe's had.
The problem is we don't know if the VA has a slip coefficient for a garage, like they do for every other part of house. We want to keep it within VA guild lines, if there are any, but don't want to add this into the construction loan. (I'll be doing it.)
any help and suggest would be greatly appreciated.
