vacuum / blower module for hillbilly dust collection

My woodshop looks out on one of my pastures and there are no other houses for miles so it seems to me that instead of a fancy HEPA cyclone dust system ... I could just blow the dust outside and forget about it. The thinking is that I don't care how leaky or fine/course the air exhaust or the bags/filters are ... it all just goes outside anyway.

(if that's not a decent conclusion, let me know ...)

So with that in mind, I just need a "vacuum" that has relatively powerful section and *also* has a blower output that I can connect a pipe or hose to.

I really like the idea of this "module" from festool:

https://www.festoolusa.com/products/dust-extraction/mobile-dust-extractors/575280---ct-sys-usa

(CT SYS dust extractor)

... but I am reading that due to its size it has pretty poor suction.

What is a good choice for an undercounter (I am actually putting it into a standard cabinet so it needs to be 18 inches wide or less and roughly 22 inches deep) module like this ... that can **** and blow ... and has high air volume/suction ?

Thanks.

A friend of mine uses one of the HF dust collectors and it seems to work well for him.
He put it outside in a little lean to shed on the back of the garage so he would not lose floor space. Simple hole in the wall for the dust collector piping

Id have some kind of bag for trapping the bigger stuff, but ultimately let it exhaust outside. (Put it in a room outside or a room with vents to the exterior)

Without trapping some of it, eventually it will be all around the building.

This is my argument around Central Vacuums- give me a monster motor, great suction- just blow it all outside.

Arguably with vacuuming your house there will be far (far) less material getting ejected.

Vent directly outside is actually pretty common with the larger extractors

One of the disadvantages is if you heat or cool your shop, your also venting you 'conditioned' air outside so you will need to heat or cool the makeup air

That Festoool vac you linked to is designed to be portable since it uses their 'systainers' that clip togethor. Depending on how much you want to spend, there are alot of other 'dust extractors' out there which will give you more bang for the buck.

I just have a table saw, planer, chop saw, drill press, router table and sanding center. I am just a homeowner and only use one tool at a time.

I just use a 1.5 HP Delta dust collector with 4" PVC collection system on the walls with blast gates and it works pretty good for the cheap money it cost.

Plus I am not dusting up the neighborhood.
