Vacuum ovens- educate me pls

Picking up a few auction items tomorrow, pretty excited about a couple but one in particular I don't have much knowledge about

A Lab-line Vacuum Oven

What are the for?
What kind of numbers do they produce ( both vacuum and temps)?

It's a older model, don't have good pics yet. Looks to run off 120v?

Pls tell me me more

also can I use this for powder coating? is it helpful, usable, or a bad idea?

Depending on the size, often drying powders etc. messing with the eutectic point, (triple point) of an item.

Quick look says 220C, level of vacuum depends on the model I imagine
