Vacuum pump Question

Easy one,
I saw a JB DV-142N Vac pump at a yard sale today. The guy wanted $200.00 for it
I looked it up

So perhaps it wasn't a bad price

Are they REALLY that good????

Yes they are really that good mine is probably 20 years old never rebuilt " oil changed every third use " and still running like a champ . That being said I wouldnt give over $150.00 for a used one for any reason.

Yeah they are that good, if properly maintained. I have one like that, about 5 years old. I also have an older Richie pump, it's about 17yrs old. They last if you take care of them.
