I am process of purchasing miscellaneous tools.
However I really don't have a clue what to offer.
It didn't help the matter that pictures he send don't contain
any model numbers at all.

Anybody have any idea how much each tool is worth?

The Robinaire manifold set is an older style. My dad gave me a set like that, but I couldn't find the rebuild kit so when it started leaking it got tossed. If it's in good shape and the gauges aren't busted and the hoses look good, I'd pay $25-30 for it.
The BP halogen detector would probably go for big bucks new - could be worth $100 easily if in good used shape. Might want to run the model number by BP first though and see if the sensor kit is still available for it. They do lose sensitivity over time.
Vacuum pump can't tell what make or model it is.

JMHO.

Last picture is a pair of valve spring compressors and a hand lapping tool.

I do hvac for a living and wouldn't buy any of that. Except the valve spring compressor if it was 10 bucks or less

I am just curious what is your reason for not buying any of that?I manifold set Is Is manifold set compatible with R134?

I also do HVAC - I would skip all of that except for the first pic of stuff in the red box which has some useful things if it's less than $20 for all of it, and I would also grab the leak detector if it's less than $35
