Value of my torque multiplier? Help

Grandfather had an almighty collection of tools, have managed to sort through everything but have yet to find anything online relating to the torque multiplier in the pictures attached! Any help would be greatly appreciated even just a rough guidance as to what it’s worth (if anything!)

Also some additional info it’s made by “RAHSOL DREMOTEC” and has 26:1 multiplication with max input of 180nm and max output of 4500nm

The input is 3/8” drive and output looks to be 1”.

Yeah I’ve been told it’s mainly something used by truck/crane mechanics or industrial services.
