I admit to being confused? Plan to install 29 gauge white metal liner panel on the ceiling of two separate bays of a pole barn. This is in Northwest Michigan with cold and wet Winters and somewhat hot and humid summers. Going to insulate above the liner panel cieling, most likely with blown in fiberglass. I was reading thread here about this and have yet to fully understand which way to go.... Plastic sheeting vapor barrier. Or none?? There are many light boxes that will require the "tin" to be cut out for. A 100% seal may not be possible. What say the garage guys here? And yes the bays will be heated!
