Vapor Barrier Question

I have an uninsulated (except for the sections of wall and ceiling shared with the house) garage. It's got drywall on the inside and stucco on the outside. I live in a very dry climate (southern california, ~20 miles from the ocean which is far enough to be arid).

I've punched all the way through to run a 1/2" electrical conduit years ago, but didn't consider the vapor barrier at the time. I used great-stuff foam on the conduit hole from both the outside and inside, but I was really only thinking about keeping critters out. Yesterday, I punched through the vapor barrier (approx 1/2"x1") elsewhere to install a POE doorbell camera. Today, I plan to punch through a few more locations for cameras (approx 1/2" holes). Are these small breaches in the vapor barrier anything to concern myself with? And if so, are there any products to 'seal' it up? I was planning to use greatstuff foam again for critters, but definitely open to suggestions.
