Vapor barrier

I have a 30x30 metal building. Im installing a corrugated ceiling. It will be air conditioned and heated. Do I need to install a vapor barrier on the ceiling. I will be blowing in cellulose

Yes. In a heating climate. For all we know you could live in Alabama and be keeping the inside colder than the outside though.

I would, It will stop air flow up into the attic area.

Unless you caulk the ceiling joints, including the edges, I would for the reason Rookie2 stated. That applies to anything - OSB, drywall, etc. Insulation doesn't work well if you let air sift through it.

I am a VB fan. More for the air sealing than the vapor migration properties.
