Vapor Barrier

What comes to mind for me is 1st do you really need one in YOUR climate?
2nd what about spray on foam?

Not trying to suggest you do anything, just food for thought.

instead of starting a new thread figured i would post here!! do i need vapor barrier? i do live in ohio for the recored what can i use as vapor barrier?any plastic?what mil? walls and ceilings? thanks in advance

Not to far off to the East from you. Bought this:

Installed it in a crawl space on the walls and the floor under an addition area to my house. It was always chilly in that room. Not any more, made a huge difference.
