All you need is over current protection rated at 30amps. There’s no magic here. Get a simple fused or breaker disconnect. Get a male cord that matches your receptacle for the line side and a receptacle for your load side that matches your equipment which is probably an L630.
Fine, the Director at Picote said that plugging it into a 60 amp circuit would cause the machine to heat up, for whatever reason, perhaps because the machine was designed to run off of 30 amp generators, I don’t know, if that is the case won’t I be constantly blowing fast acting 30 amp fuses?
