variety of jack attachments and adapters (even homemade?)

i'm looking for unique or specialty jack adapters or attachments.
these can also be proprietary to only accommodate a certain make & models of jacks.
i'm even interested in things you invented for your jack..

Find a one foot square quarter inch thick plate. Weld a two inch or so piece of cold rolled round stock in the diameter of your jack's pad mounting hole in the center of the plate. That makes your floor jack into a pretty fair transmission jack. It's also good for rear pumpkins, you can weld braces and such for different jobs to the plate and knock 'em off and grind it smooth when you are done.
