So I have a vaulted ceiling over my lift. What is the best way to hang an air hose reel so that I don't have to worry that it will fall on my car every time I try to pull the hose?
Hang it just to the side so it isn't over the car? Or, assuming there are some 2xs in the ceiling, get a 2x10, cut it long enough to span the rafters, use two good construction screws on each end into the rafters. Mount your reel to the 2x10.
