VCT a Bad idea ??

Thinking about using VCT on my new concrete floor. How will it stand up to water. Garage mostly used to store hot rods but may decide to park my daily driver truck in there too. Will water cause it to peel away? Will tire movement mark the floors bad?

Called Armstrong they said they DID NOT recommend VCT adhesive to withstand wet spots in garage. Snow, rain dripping off vehicles
