VCT Finishing.

I know there are a few options to "finish" VCT. One is with a quality epoxy clear coat. Long lasting, and very durable, but expensive and somewhat difficult to apply. Another is a full polish and wax job. Looks awesome, but not easy, and fairly high maintenance!

What I would like is something tough, that seals, but doesn't require reapplication very often or polishing frequently, but is also something I can apply with a mop. I rember in the military we had something like this.

It doesn't have to shine much, just stay clean and mopable.

Any ideas?

What would that run for 400 sq ft, how is it applied, how long does it last, and how do you reapply if it gets bad or damaged?

PS I don't care about tire marks, fading, yellowing or minor staining.
