vct floor prep

What did you guys do to prep your vct garage floors. What is the best glue to use reg. or spray on? I think I am going to put a permeable sealant on the concrete first so its soaks into concrete and stops any moisture if any.

I washed with a degreaser 2-3 times than with clean water 2 more times. Also shop vacuum to get any debris that i missed,such as little stones.Concrete only 4-5 yrs old so no major stains. Then made sure it was completely dry before applying glue(florcraft glue from Menards).Kept garage floor heated to 67-68 (infoor heat) the day before and 5 days after installation. Now I keep it around 56-58 degrees.Then waited 3 days to strip seal and wax. A full week before I parked truck and car on tile. Install is now a month old and really like it, looks nice and easy to clean.
