ive got a small commercial space, it has carpet on top of old linoleum. Once the carpet is removed, there will be glue on top of the old linoleum. I dont want to remove the old linoleum since due to its age it could have asbestos in it. Can I float the thing with something like fixall to get it smooth then install VCT on top of that?
