it seems to error when i try to post :wtf:
yo guys hope you can help me... i am looking to get some VCT in my garage its not heated and it gets cold up here... will i have problems with the glue sticking to the tiles<because its sooo cold?>? my floor its pritty much level. one more thing when it rains hard water comes in the garage will it mess up the glue<like make it become unstuck and make the tiles lift>? the glue is from home depot not sure of the name/brand havent bought n e thing yet thats why i am asking before i buy stuff feedback would be great

It will take much longer for the tlles to dry in the cold. They will also be more brittle and open to damage. Your choice, but I would wait until summer and put them down then and give them a chance to dry. The water issue, if you dont seal your tiles, then yes, then the water will have a chance to get in the cracks and cause problems with mold, and wearing away of the glue, expanding, contracting, etc. So, just get a good wax sealer so the water cant get in. You will still have some water problems if you let the water stand too long on your sealed tiles, so it is a little bit more maintence.
