i've finally decided to do my 1 car garage with VCT Tiles. I'm eager to get started but its cold outside (long island, ny). its probably 30 degrees in my garage, maybe less. do you think its too cold to do this job? its a 1-year old new construction, clean "virgin" concrete. i dont want to have to wait until spring to do this. What do you think?

I was told by my floor guy the concrete and temp needs to be over 60 degrees. I've having to wait until spring as I'd have to run the heat way to long for that. $$$

Yeah, if you look at the specs on the adhesive it recomends warmer temps. Install instructions on the tile I think say the same. If I were you I would wait, just to be on the safe side. These tiles would be a pain to tear up and relay if you were having adhesive issues.
