I may be in the market for a set of four vehicle movers. Go Jak is the big name in these items but they also carry the biggest price. I do not want the HF version because I know someone who made that mistake. Has anyone purchased any of the other brands out there? What are your thoughts on the units you have used?
Any experience with this brand: https://titanlifts.com/ez-mover-vehicle-positioning-jacks

Thanks!

How much are you going to use them and for what?
I have seen where many people buy 4 of the HF furniture dollies and use their floor jack to put them under the tires.
For the average car they seem to work great

I have a set of the go-jacks and do not use them as much as I though I would

We used Go Jak's when I worked for a towing company. With the smaller wheels on these type of movers, a clean floor is very helpful. The Go Jak has metal rollers, and I see that Titan has plastic, don't know if that is better or not. If you don't need for a quick move. or often, I would go another route for the cost of this style car mover. Just my opinion.

what issues have you heard of with the HF daytona Dolly's? I've been using a set and other than my brothers car with wide really low profile tires needing a bit of Luan to protect the rim they have been great. Razor is sitting on them right now to make room for bellow replacement on the boat - super convenient.

I have a set of these HF ones and have had zero issues. Works as expected. I wanted plastic wheels due to my epoxy floor.

^^^+1 I have the same ones. Ive used them to move a ton of things. I have used them to move a stock 66 f100. The floor was in very good shape and it rolled flawlessly. On a floor with cracks or separation, I’m not sure how well it would work with the little castors. Would I buy them again? YES!

I have no experience with the HF Daytona jacks, I have read the reviews on their web site and almost every comment is five stars. (If you can believe everything you read) right now they are $99 each, problem is most stores only carry one at a time so the best route may be to order on-line. Not sure if I will try them but if I do I will report back here.
I am still interested in opinions on other brands.
Thanks!

that is a rocking price, don't remember what I paid, it was more than that though! I do remember having to go to three stores to get a set of 4, i feel your pain!

I've moved a few clunkers on the hf movers & each time have had issues. Snaps a board, folds a caster delorean style, busts the caster assembly from the board, or a combination of the above.

Solution: Added two more casters in the middle of each parallel board per mover.
Six hf movers to rob parts off of for making four poorman's hf vehicle movers.
