Venlic vice

My father left me a 3 1/2" vice from a brand I've never heard of and I was just seeing if there is any info out there on it. It's a brand called venlic and I think the model is 340. Anyone ever heard of em?

Pics would help. THere are really only a few vise makers out there and it may be contracted by one of them with Venlic on it. We have a few resident vise experts who can ID them by just a glimpse!
