Hi, I failed to do some homework, and bought a vented, unleaded gasoline nozzle, hose, and a break - away with the intention of using it for my diesel transfer pump. Inside the 3/4" outer rubber hose is about a 1/2" hard plastic for the fuel delivery. I can't find a way to make it mate up to my 3/4" NPT that my filter is. I don't recognize the threads, and uses an O-Ring for the seal vented part.
Has anyone done something to make this work for unvented transfer pump?
Or am I SOL? Thanks Artie

I'm sure you can get it to work. Do you know of any local hydraulic hose distributors. That's where I would be looking first.

I have explored the nozzle itself, I can't see a way to make it use able to an automatic shutoff .
I wondered why I got it so cheap on ebay. I got a complete nozzle and hose assembly cheaper than just an automatic nozzle with a 1" or 3/4" NPT, for my diesel transfer pump.
I just wanted to pass this information on.
