I am searching for vented rubber tiles, similar to the Swisstrax Rubbertrax product. Called them yesterday, had a good and informative conversation, and they promised an email to select colors for samples which they would send right away. Alas, the email didn't come :headscrat, so am exploring other options while I call them again to get the samples.

Will be using this on top of a newly installed wood floor, and will be putting exercise equipment on top of it. Want some cushion so the tile doesn't scratch the wood. I do not want a non-vented, solid rubber product, as there is a slight chance of creating a condensation/moisture issue with a solid product because the wood is over a concrete slab.

I am not sure you want to put a 'rubber' based material over a wood floor, unless the wood floors is not something you are trying to protect. Most rubber products do leach materials that can stain the sub-surface ( not to mention the odor of rubber in small rooms).
If you are set on having an open rib style floor, I would suggest something like our Vinyl DuraGrid line http://www.duragrid.com -

Would have thought that a rubber tile would be stable and not leach.

I assume the Vinyl product you linked would not leach or stain? Can it support the weight of a stairmaster? Web site doesn't seem to indicate load bearing capacity of the tiles.
