Ventilation options

Last year we built a detached garage, approximately 1,100sq ft, cinder block construction with attic storage space. The attic space is insulated, has soffit and ridge ventilation, wood stove for heat in the winter, nothing yet for cooling, maybe a mini split down the line. Right now though I am looking at ventilation options, I have a couple old cars in there with the associated smells / fumes that they emit as well as wanting to keep the heat / humidity down.

Someone suggested installing something like a bathroom fan in the ceiling, but I would think that is going to realistically be too small. Possibly I could add one of these type of fans to each gable end - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07T93CHKJ/?tag=atomicindus08-20 and then use a vent in the ceiling with ductwork to exhaust the air outside of the attic.

Another option is something like this - https://www.homedepot.com/p/QuietCo...-Control-Whole-House-Fan-GA-ES-1500/206047382 but I am not so keen on the idea of it simply venting the hot air into what will already be a hot attic space.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
