Venting/24'x36'House Garage

I've got 24'x36'x9' insulated(r30 ceiling,,R16 walls)trying to cool garage,1 ceiling fan, 2(7'x9') doors,2 windows(2'x4') @89 right now 95 outside???Maybe a vent out the wall for heat??Threw window opening?Does,have floor drains,,for washing cars.
