Venting metal roofed garage

Guys,

I have a 26x40 garage that I plan to put a tin ceiling in and then blow in cellulose. I am concerned with the moisture buildup the may occur if I don't put some venting in the roof. The roof is pretty dated but in good shape. Two things that I don't want to do is put in a ridge vent or a gable vent. What I am looking for is a small box vent the will fit between the louvers on the roof. The soffit is already vented and I do have the Styrofoam chasers leading from the soffit towards the top of the roof. The roof sets on the truss that is cross braced every 18inches.

My question is do they make such a vent box that will fit between the louver or am I thinking of this the wrong way.

If I am blowing in cellulose then I will need to vent the space above that correct. The garage is detached and will be heated and cooled inconsistently.

From what I've been told by everyone in here, yes you will need it vented. I'm doing the same thing and am about to the step of blowing in the insulation, but will be going with fiberglass for weight.

My fun part is figuring out which vent to use that will be most effective.

Have you found any vents that will work? Whirly birds would take some fabbing as well.
