Venting Portable A/C Unit Through Wall

Looking to buy a 12,000 BTU portable A/C unit, but there are no suitable sliding windows in the space we'd like to cool. Is it possible to vent the unit through a drywall/stucco wall? If so, what are the venting products available, please?

This will only be connected maybe 3 months per year, so it would be nice to have something that looks good from the inside when not in use - i.e. with some sort of paintable cap/fascia to seal the vent. Thanks!

I used a 4" dryer vent for my 9,000 BTU portable.

On the outside its a standard 4" louvered outlet.

I'm guessing your tubing for a 12,000 BTU unit is 5 or 6 inch's in diameter?

Thanks! Is there a cap/blanking plate to cover up that quick-release interior piece when not in use?

Also - how do you connect it to the outlet on the exterior wall? I want to make sure there is no exhaust getting into the wall cavity so I don't get any moisture into the cavity.

Haven't purchased the A/C unit yet, so not sure which size the exhaust tubing will be.

I wonder if I could use this idea on a window unit? I could build a sheet metal transition to go from the exhaust side of the window unit to the 4" duct. Hmmm...

I guess I could just use anything for a fascia to cover up the hole on the interior wall when the A/C is not connected?
