Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT Verb's Garages

We have 2 garages. The original is dedicated to normal dusty/dirty stuff, and the new one we added is for toy storage and general tinkering. Both are still WIP!

Finally mounted the Stop Light (been sitting on the workbench over a year) today in the new garage! It has a digital timer and a remote switch to easily turn on/off.

Last week I worked on organizing the older garage. I mounted my bar clamps and miter saw stands to the wall. I also mounted the bench grinder, using a surplus Dewalt saw stand rail that I mounted to the wall. Now I can just unclip the bench grinder when needed, and attach it to the smaller miter saw stand.

Today I added 6" extensions to the workbenches in the new garage. This closes out the gap to the wall from the stock gladiator workbenches. I had some left over maple butcher block, and used 1/8 steel plates to attach them to the existing workbenches. The extra 6" makes a nice area for my small parts bins, clearing up some workspace!
