I recently bought this mill and am too busy to actually pick it up, convert it single phase, and use it! It is a nice condition BeaverMill Mk 2, wired for 575v.
Luckily it takes standard frame motors, so its easy to convert the 3hp 575v motor to whatever you want. It has about a 60" bed and is very heavy for its size. I had a friend who is machinist look it over and he said it is nice and tight with very little wear. It also has a good sized machinists vice mounted on the bed. It was being actively used in a plastics shop until a few months ago.
It is currently tarped up outside and not rusty at all - but won't stay that way. This is the main reason I am letting it go. I literally will not have time to do anything with it for a few months and don't want it to get damaged. I have $400 into it and just want to get my money back out. The price is firm. We have a forklift there that can help load it, but it is 2500lbs or so, and will need to be picked up.
