Very early Snap On K60/K200 combination

I have seen a number of these in the past but I've never seen this early version:

Roller bottom slides, drawer shapes and depth. Very early K60.

The one on Ebay has gaps between the drawers versus the one I restored that is later.

I think it's one of the earlier ones. I posted it some time ago on Lets make a Vintage SO picture thread, OTG thought it was 1930s. Since they started in 1939, I think it's very early. The horizontal trim pieces and rollers are pointing to it as well (Interesting, but my 1930s Red Rover has the same rollers for drawers). What is unique, it has 2 locks on the top.
Also the black bakelite handles in one of the drawers...
