So I had bought the Wera ESD bit set and driver a month or so ago, I went to use it last week and the Phillips bit didn't make it through 4 screws so I sent these pictures to Wera customer service:

I explained how unhappy I was with the quality and was trying to find out how to get a replacement bit, they asked me for my address and a week later this shows up today from Germany:
Needless to say, I'm very happy with the no questions asked service that I received. I will certainly continue to buy Wera products. I just wanted to let anyone know who was worried about warranty service that they'll take care of you if any problems arise.
