Ordered various bits and screwdrivers from VesselTools.com a couple of months back - I used them partly because I specifically wanted both a JawsFit and a non-JawsFit set of the 900 series screwdrivers, and other vendors don't seem to properly differentiate.
The non-JF set I got from VesselTools / JDV in my package had evidently been picked and sealed up with all non-JF except for the P3 in JF.
Sent them an email and they were very apologetic about the error, said "keep the extra JF" and - due to no stock of the P3 non-JF - gave me the choice of picking any other P3 from their lines or waiting a couple months for the next shipment from Japan. I was in no rush so chose the latter, got the "missing" screwdriver yesterday.
Anyway, I consider this a definite thumbs up - any vendor will have the occasional booboo, what gives me confidence (or not!) in using them is what happens next. They made sure to make it right on a small personal order, good comms, and did what they said they'd do on the timeline they said.
