Ok so here is my problem, I can't make a tool bag last more than a year or two. So iv been doing some research and found the Veto Pro Pac bags I really wanted an open top tool bag but I think iv settled on the Tech XL. So I guess what I'm looking for is to see if any of you guys have one, how you like it, and how much it will hold. Iv posted a link to the bag.

i have one, used it for about 6 months as my diagnostics bag, and liked it, but, i pust on a collapsable hand truck, so when i wanted to add another tool box of a box of parts, or a ladder, and etc.... the veto became a nuisance.

plus, i was always wanting more tools that i did not fit in the bag, it started to get sloppy with parts being tossed in the laptop pouch(i got the lt so i can have tools and a laptop or iPad which i used) so for 200 bucks it is a tough bag, but clumsy when you want to stack things on top. the handle also flops to one side which annoying, flipping the tool bag around is a bit annoying too when i want soemthing from the other side. it has hooks and pockets on the outside of the bag, the hooks for things to hang outside are no good, as they get caught when going through a door way annd if gets knocked on the floor each and everytime.

so yes its ok, but not for me. im a service tech for the scientific world, so the machines are all indoors, and require many different scenarios for me to do a job. if your on a job site, and you dont bring anything else, then it may be the greatest thing.

I've got four of them. For what I use them for, wouldn't trade them for any other option.

I have an LC both at home and work. They are very rugged bags. I'd buy one again in a heartbeat.

I have an LC i bought eight years ago. Used it daily for two years, occasionally since. It still looks fine and works like new. An excellent product, no complaints at all.

I will not post photos of my bag. ;)

I've got a Tech XL, an XL, an MB, and TP3. They're worth every penny I've spent on them. Plus it helps that I've scored some killer deals here and there.

The XL is simply a tool bag...their second largest out of the three closed-top bags.

The Tech XL is geared a little more toward the "technical" side of maintenance...with a laptop sleeve and on one side, instead of the usual assortment of a billion pockets, has some larger "pouch" type interior pockets to hold smaller pieces of testing equipment, etc.

I love the MB, but in all honestly, use the TP3 much more...for what I do, etc. The MB though is great b/c it's got that larger middle pocket which I slip my Google Nexus 7 in, or a test meter...depending on what task is at hand.

I remember when I picked up the MB and the TP3, I got them off ebay, new + free shipping for like 39.**

I picked up the Tech XL and the traditional XL off ebay as well for 100 shipped to my door...both were listed as "used," but wow...the condition was immaculate and showed almost no signs of use at all.

If you're buying absolutely new from any online vendor...I haven't seen too many "sales" with regards to the Veto bags...so try to pick up one used.
