No they dont, best thing is to watch amazon and pick up a return through there warehouse deals. I got my tech lc bag for 124$, it was a return item, looked brand new and still had factory packaging. After owning one I wouldnt wait for a sale I would just go out and buy it.

I agree with Holt,amazon.
I have had XL for over 5 years.
First bag I had from them zipper broke.
Called them, they immediately shipped me a new bag and a return ticket with pre paid shipping for the old bag.
Great customer service and a great heavy duty bag.
Bag is heavy when loaded but I love it. Been through a lot of bags, boxes, organizers and other **** that *****.
