So I bought the Vevor Mag Drill last week on the Amazon Day.I have wanted one for quite some time, but the cost of a good one held me back. I typically don't buy cheap tools, but this one seems to get decent reviews. I've gotten good stuff from Vevor previously so I figure it is worth a shot. I don't really have a pressing need for a mag drill, mostly just wanted one for some day when I can use it.

The one I bought came without cutters. So I will need to get some on the way. Like everything else cost is part of the decision. Is the set of cutters Vevor sells worth the cost? Or would I be better off with a better (more expensive) set? I'd like to have a set on hand for the job that just pops up. But I figure I could order a better cutter for anything important that I may get into.

I personally have a Hougen and mostly Hougen and Slugger cutters.
That said, I bought a 35 gal gas caddy from vevor. Ended up, the fill and pump ports weren't welded. So, water got in there over the winter, and I filled it up with 30 gallons of fresh gas. Then my $12k zero turn went dead within a minute of filling it.
Long story short. vevor gave me $130 refund, for a defective $280 tank, with over $100 in gas, now contaminated.

I wish you well, but I won't buy vevor anymore.

I don't know if the cutters are "worth the cost", but they certainly work fine for occasional use. Keep them lubed when cutting :)
