Output voltage can be anywhere from 0 to the input voltage.

The output current can be up to 32 amps.

The input needs to be 3Ø though it might be able to accept single phase but with reduced output current.

All VFDs are rated for output current, if there's a HP rating, it's simply a convenience not an actual rating.

Verify the drive will not fault out with only single phase input first. Power it up on the bench.

Newer drives handle this difference w/o much (if any) user parameter input. If so, expect 1/2 of the stated output.

Should be suitable for 10hp provided you have 3 phase input. With only a single phase input you'd have to check but probably about half.

your guess is correct on the HP rating according to the manual but the unit is not rated for 1Ø input according to the nameplate and the manual.

the drive does have input phase loss protection as well. manual makes no mention (that i could find) of running on 1Ø input

One could theoretically disable phase loss detection, I would try "000" but at 10hp not a good idea to assume it can run with a 1ph input.

Its not clear to me what the three "bit states" are, whether that's L1, L2, L3, or Input, Output, Both....(??)
