I have a KBAC 29D running my 2x72 grinder. I just installed a 14" contact wheel, but now I get a red status light, which, according to the manual, is an overload situation. The motor runs, then slows down, then stops. What exactly does overload mean? Should I increase the current limit to 200% (default is 160%). My drive wheel is 6". Motor is 2HP.

Turn up the acceleration time. It's probably pulling too much current trying to get the wheel up to speed too fast. Increasing the current limit would help too, but at the cost of more current going through your motor.
